The SmartSolve Portal is a group of related web pages that is hosted by the SmartSolveĀ© suite of applications. Most web sites have a home page as their starting point. The home page is interconnected with other pages by using hyperlinks and contains administration, search, and browsing permissions to divide site content into distinct, separately manageable sites.
The Portal Page can display lists of information, enabling team members to organize the information any way they want, such as by subject, due date, or owner, etc. For example, you can do the following:
A dashboard is a unique workspace that an administrator can create, that provides team members with collaboration tools and services for collaboration on SmartSolve records. A dashboard can contain lists of quality records, such as documents, CAPAs, NCs, etc. as well as offer the end user quick searches for full text searching and meta data queries. To create a dashboard, a user must be granted the appropriate rights.
